    ...don't you think?

He doesn't want to get splapped with "gay agenda lover" before the next election.

    That's how I see it.

    Or, flip-flopper.

What a tangled web we weave.....

by challenging their bigoted world view. Yes, I agree. I am sure Rick Warren's Saddleback crowd is signing up at OFA's site to phonebank right now.

Is the LGBT community inclusive enough to embrace the glitter-dispersal impaired? Discuss.

The Saddleback phone banks for Obama.

The political strategy is to keep the homophobes in their hate couch comas and not activate/stimulate them before the election.

The civil rights issues are getting done -- but through the back door, not the front. That's the kind of place America is now. We've lost our moral compass. The voters are feral.

          that's a keeper.

is clearly not anyone who is constantly the target of it.

...and go door to door to GOTV.

I'm pretty familiar with the hate-media listeners.

Anyway, we're talking about political strategy here to neutralize them as much as possible prior to an election.

Your activism is getting things done -- but the power of it is bottom-up not top-down. For now, it will probably stay that way.

            •  They're already doing it, I am sorry to tell you. (1+ / 0-)

Ken Blackwell was on Hardball the other night explaining it was important to defeat Obama in 2012 so that "traditional marriage" did not go the way New York went on Friday.

I see it that he didn't want to make this specific press conference about him coming out in favor of gay marriage.  Any other message he had in this conference would be lost in that.
