The terrorists have indeed won. We make old dying ladies remove their adult underwear, we crotch grab little boys, we are afraid of open trails of suspected terrorists on U.S. soil, we torture now, we spy on our own people without warrants, our police are free to taser anyone, we are now in the very throws of losing our Democracy with the help of SCOTUS. In 10 or so years, I'm not sure we'll see any difference between us and China.

The Tea Party people (not the leadership) thinks they are wining, but in fact they are losing and won't realize it until it's too late.

We've seen this before in history and we are seeing it now.

Try not to let your mind wander... It's too small and fragile to be out by itself.

The TSA did not consider it prudent to restrain Nigerian immigrant Noibi from boarding a flight from JFK to LAX using a stolen expired boarding pass not in his name.

I'll tell you another thing, I bet no one working for TSA has bought any hair care product, skin lotion, mouth wash or any other 'confiscated' goodie.  You can't tell me they are all going to the landfill.  That's my CT.

They have become our prison guards.  They hate the flying public and make it clear from the minute you are standing in their lines of air travel hell.  Air travel is the new Stanford Prison Experiment and exactly the same thing is happening.

      •  H.R. 1279: Aircraft Passenger (0+ / 0-)

Whole-Body Imaging Limitations Act of 2011.

"A bipartisan bill, H.R. 1279 strikes a nice balance between airline safety and protecting our privacy. The bill ensures that body scanners would only be used as a secondary screening by passengers that have failed a metal detector. If a passenger does fail the metal detector search, they will be given the option of a pat-down if they are uncomfortable with the scanner."

and scarfing up all the personal care items their little pea picking hearts desire (you can't tell me any TSA worker has bought shampoo in years and years.  Landfill my ass.)

Do they have time to match passengers up with boarding passes?

Do they even care?  There's no body image or shampoo, who needs a stinkin' boarding pass.  'Get those shoes off you dirt bag perp.'

Get them to change the law. Insults on a blog are not going to change anything.

            •  The law is the law of human nature (0+ / 0-)

See Stanford Experiment link.  Yes it will change.  Everyone now admits they hate to fly and avoid it at all costs.

Economically it has to change or Boeing won't be building airplanes long.  Skype is the alternative to most business meetings.

Did I insult you?  Sorry.  Did I insult TSA?  Not sorry.  I think they are well aware where all that shampoo and other confiscated liquid finds a home.
