    Katha Pollitt thinks so.  In fact, maybe if the right wingers didn't have the Kochs and their ilk, they wouldn't have anything.  As closed fisted as these people seem to be.

      They've given up their rights to organize; given up regulations designed to protect them; they've agreed to pay more taxes so that millionaires and billionaires don't have to; they've pushed for proliferation of trade and industrial policies that are destructive to the middle class and see massive offshoring;  they've accepted government policy that shreds the social safety net in the name of "fiscal responsibility" all while that same government puts trillions of dollars of war spending on the national credit card; they've supported fiscal and monetary policy that have contributed heavily towards the current depression, and support bailouts for wall street while deriding loans to the auto industry that employs millions.  

      And they blame liberals for their problems.
