    ...rabbits are albino because many processors only want white furred rabbit.

    But that being said, many breeds rabbits commercially used for meat, come in all kinds of colors.  For example the new zealands (a very popular meat breed) come in white, black, and red.

    The Americans (which is the breed I'll be getting) come in blue and white (and sometimes black).

    And there's several very good but uncommon and not overly commercial meat breeds that have no white at all.

    I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just pointing out it doesn't fit the scope of posibilities.

    Let there be balance in all things.
