  •  I would agree to 67 IF (0+ / 0-)

    they also made Medicare eligible for purchase for anyone regardless of age. The purchase premium would be the acturial price PLUS (say) 20% of the difference between private insurance and Medicare. That 20% will, IMHO, easily take care of paying for the 65-67. Everybody wins:

    1. Medicare gets fixed
    2. Everyone gets to participate in a public option.

    Well? Shall we go? At least that man is gone.
