  •  I heard of this last week, our wonderful Senator (2+ / 0-)

John Cornyn R-(gaaak) was beside himself with glee braggin' on this (I can't blame him, he was probably as dumbfounded as I was).
All I could think was W.T.F³?
I had thought that it was a prerogative of a sitting President to appoint most members of the executive, silly me. It's a prerogative of an actual, real leader to be forceful and select those who work for him in a prompt manner, not a weak seeker of comity and bipartisanship.

Here it is, 2 1/2 years into his term and he hasn't made these four very important appointments yet. He fucking delegated it to a sworn enemy. And he's let a big bad Rescummie take the lunch money yet again (our fucking lunch money).

This guy is a disaster. A fucking disaster.

Obama snubbed Texas Democrats last month by nominating Republican picks for all four U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Texas, according to the website Main Justice.

"Double, double, toile and trouble; Fire burne, and Cauldron bubble... By the pricking of my Thumbes, Something wicked this way comes": Republicans Willkommen auf das Vierte Reich! Sie Angelegenheit nicht mehr.
