    that the Lily Ledbetter bill is not a good thing.   But you do realize the bill was a response to an a really crappy existing Supreme Court ruling?  Yes resetting the statute of limitations for challenging a discriminatory wage decision is a fiscal issue, and it was a good thing.   However, would you really care to say that this is something that basically trumps the rest of what was outlined above?

      president were fiscal.  I pulled one out of my memory that proved that statement wrong.  I'm not trying to trump anything, but I'm not willing to dismiss historic gains by historicaly opressed groups.

      I do not agree with some of the NS civil liberty decisions made by this administration, but I also reject the frameing of your post.  Obama has attempted to bring people to trial and close Gitmo.
