exactly that. Keep a fertilized egg from implanting.

But the birth control pill is a whole different creature. It keeps a woman from ovulating. No egg, no fertilization, no "human being" to be "murdered" via abortion. Condoms keep the sperm from reaching an egg, so again, no fertilized egg.

I don't know how many times it has to be said: If this was genuinely about saving babies, these people would be on every street corner handing out condoms and birth control pills for free.  It's not about saving babies, at least for the puppet masters controlling these people; it's about keeping women in their place...barefoot and pregnant.

Freedom has two enemies: Those who want to control everyone around them...and those who feel no need to control themselves.

    •  No, no, no. You are incorrect. Stop saying that. (1+ / 0-)

Please review the clinical research literature exploring mechanism of action for levonorgestrel, which is the active ingredient in Plan B morning-after pills. It does not prevent implantation. If it prevented implantation, it would have a failure rate comparable to IUDs instead of a failure rate comparable to pulling out.

I want to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you've encountered this idea in a reputable source and haven't had the opportunity to read refutation of it yet. You've made this same comment a couple of times, though, so I get the impression you're kinda attached to the idea.

You need to get un-attached to it, because it's false and it doesn't bear repeating on a reality-based forum.
