    Thanks for getting this story out and not forcing me to drop what I am doing to publish the issue.

    Your remarks are so apropos - you have no idea

    But it is certain that in an era of demands for governmental austerity, an era in which real white-collar criminals regularly go unprosecuted and unpursued by federal law enforcement, spending government money to prosecute a guy for downloading too much data can be seen, at the very least, as a waste of money, federal man-hours, and time.  It remains to be seen whether this is also an attempt to discourage political action.


    Going after Bonds, Clemens and Aaron Swartz - while letting Bain, Goldman Sachs, Mitt Romney and Traub continue their larcenous ways is simply Mind Boggling.

    What a country - HUH!

      I don't personally know Swartz, but my first reaction was:  this is bullshit.

      haven't seen anything yet to change my mind.
