  •  I am concerned about the migraines (0+ / 0-)

if they impede her ability to think rationally. I don't give a flying f*** that she is a woman. I would be just as concerned if it were a man taking some significant medication to control pain.

And oh by the way, I am a woman.

I woke up this morning only to realize, it's opposite day again.

    •  so if Obama had migraines (0+ / 0-)

      you'd support impeachment?

      •  I would not, unless it was apparent that (0+ / 0-)

the migraines impeded his ability to think rationally.  If he was not capable of performing his duties, then, yes I might think impeachment or resignation was appropriate.  The issue is capability. That is ALL I am talking about. Not sure what is hard about that idea.

        •  since there is NO evidence at all to believe (0+ / 0-)

that Bachmann's migraines affect her capability or her mental capacity (such as it is), what is it, then, that you are waving your arms about? Other, I mean, than the fact that she's from a party you don't like?

What is hard about that idea is that "capability" is of course NOT what you are really waving your arms all about. This is just partisan pinata-bashing, and if we were talking about Obama or Reid or Pelosi, no one here would even mention it.

I find that double-standard repulsive.  We're supposed to be better than they are.

          •  You really don't know me or my motivation (0+ / 0-)

or thinking. You don't need to pretend you have any idea. I get migraines. I know what they do. I know the impact on functionality. I would be concerned about ANY candidate's capability if they have ANY disease or condition that impacts their functionality.

So if you want to argue about this more, you can find someone else to argue with it about.

            •  there is nothing to argue about (0+ / 0-)

Your contention is that you are simply concerned about her capacity for the job. There is no independent evidence from anyone anywhere (other than an anonymous hatchet piece citing unnamed sources) that her capacity is affected in any way shape or form.  Ergo, you have nothing to argue about.

Unless of course that is not really the aim of your arm-waving at all . . . . . .
