  •  I'm sure your argument is not that (4+ / 0-)

we should not object to behavior that is strictly legal, even if is intimidating and causes other people to lose the ability to enjoy a public place in peace, or any other rights.
I mean, it's probably not illegal to say "Nice little story you got here. Shame if it burned down."
I fully support the right of those homophobic Baptists, too, along with the legal right of the Tea Partiers to be in a public park; but I don't think they have a moral right to disrupt a peaceful meeting, and I am sure they do not have a right to follow people to their homes and do the things that are being alleged--and, once again, and I know this is unfair to you--that I cannot say in a public space.

Dear Ayn Rand fans: Please, would each of you just go all John Galt, immediately? Thank you.

we should be able to sort things out.

Many in the diary said the video showed thuggery and threats of violence. I did not see that in the video.

To separate. The newspaper said one person was almost ran over at the house. It would be great to have that on video ... but even without video but with witnesses, that would be a crime.

Parking or blocking someone's driveway? Is that trespassing? Did they leave when requested?

I see lots of comments saying "Brown shirts! Nazi's! Thugs" but what I saw in evidence .. were the normal misinformed, old ... white tea baggists spewing their crap.

NYC hard hats beat anti war protesters during Vietnam with bats. I saw some similarities, but I saw no bats here.
