    I do know what to do and what not to do, and what makes me nosh all night.

    Problem is that pain makes me nosh, makes me less inclined to move, and it has to be controlled by prescription drugs.

    And they want liver function tests before I get more pills. Which is fair, it's just that I am not able to get them.

    So I am just working on willpower moment to moment, and trying to drink water when I get hungry, and eat rational portions and have a large glass of water, wait fifteen minutes, and THEN have seconds if I NEED them, and other tricks like that. I also need to wear my corset more. No room to overeat when corseted. Can't eat too fast, either.

    I need to drop about ten, maybe fifteen pounds to fit back into the majority of the jeans I own. That would help my self-esteem greatly.

    I'm not worried about being "thin"...with this build, I never will be...but I'd like to weigh less than I do now and be a candidate for a tummy tuck.

    It is what it is. It will be what I make it.
