Posting a Diary Entry
Daily Kos welcomes blog articles from readers, known as diaries. The Intro section to a diary should be about three paragraphs long, and is required. The body section is optional, as
is the poll, which can have 1 to 15 choices. Descriptive tags are also required to help others find your diary by subject; please don't use "cute" tags.
When you're ready, scroll down below the tags and click Save & Preview. You can edit your diary after it's published by clicking Edit Diary. Polls cannot be edited once they are published.
If this is your first time creating a Diary since the Ajax upgrade, before you enter any text below, please press Ctrl-F5 and then hold down the Shift Key and press your browser's Reload button to refresh its cache with the new script files.
ATTENTION: READ THE RULES.
One diary daily maximum.
Substantive diaries only. If you don't have at least three solid, original paragraphs, you should probably post a comment in an Open Thread.
No repetitive diaries. Take a moment to ensure your topic hasn't been blogged (you can search for Stories and Diaries
that already cover this topic), though fresh original analysis is always welcome.
Use the "Body" textbox if your diary entry is longer than three paragraphs.
Any images in your posts must be hosted by an approved image hosting service (one of: imageshack.us, photobucket.com, flickr.com, smugmug.com, allyoucanupload.com, picturetrail.com, mac.com, webshots.com, editgrid.com).
Copying and pasting entire copyrighted works is prohibited. If you do quote something, keep it brief, always provide a link to the original source, and use the <blockquote> tags to clearly identify the quoted material. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate banning.
Be civil. Do not "call out" other users by name in diary titles. Do not use profanity in diary titles. Don't write diaries whose main purpose is to deliberately inflame.
Elected with money, brutal attack ads done by RW astroturf groups, complete failure of state media to report honestly about him, saturated RW media and a pretense of being a moderate and an agenda and promise of "jobs, jobs, jobs", Ron Johnson went to Washington DC. And did nothing, but antagonize anyone who came to see him with his famous first line" "Don't ask me for anything". He isn't even liked by his fellow Senators.
For Republican Sen. Ron Johnson: 30% favorable and 25% unfavorable. But 44% said they could not provide an opinion.
For Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin: 39% favorable and 36% unfavorable. And despite running in November against GOP candidate Tommy Thompson, 25% of those queried said they did not have an opinion of her.
30% favorable in a pretty equally divided state? That's big time trouble which says that even Republicans don't like this guy.
Gov. Scott Walker has a 50% approval rating; disapproval rating is 44%.
Paul Ryan has a 45% favorability rating; disapproval rating is 37%
RoJo has a HUGE problem if he thinks that being a bozo at Senate hearings, admitting he hasn't done his homework (attending briefings), and generally being a dick are going to induce voters to run to the polls to render their support no matter how many hours he spends in friendly interviews with local RW radio hosts in the state.
Like Walker, he ignores our generally Republican friendly media, but makes himself available to RW radio. He hasn't held any town hall meetings either nor does he send out a newsletter. His website is like a vacant lot with his last Twitter offering on the page wishing folks a Happy Hannukkah (over 3 months ago). He has no accomplishments.
