I've been off lately, due to my yearly Extra Super-Duper Bad allergy attack that happens every year around this time. It also put me off my diet for a while. I don't know what to say about that, exactly, other than that it proves when you aren't feeling well, it's harder to maintain regular activities, including healthy behaviors.

Extended winter weather isn't helping, either. So I'd like to focus on the good stuff for a while.
