A few points:

1. Voter turnout seems to have been fairly depressed in the largest BLUE states

2. New York and New Jersey turnout was depresssed, for meteorological reasons. Provisional and late ballots will likely up their numbers in the weeks ahead.

3. VOTER TURNOUT INCREASED IN 7 of the 9 BATTLEGROUND STATES.
 Only in NEW HAMPSHIRE did it decrease very slightly and OHIO, where provisional ballot totals are not recorded yet
