He can't get his own bills passed. He can't discipline his members. He can't whip votes into line. He can't cut deals. He can't even enfocre his own caucus' rules. National leaders of his party routinely speak of him as an afterthought. Conservative activists openly speak of overthrowing him. The Senate Minority Leader routinely steps in and runs circles around him in negotiating skill. One of his leading members just asked that no funds be donated to his party by its own donors. And now, a possible party presidential nominee has publiclly called him, by name, an incompetent, embarassing failure.

Weakest Speaker ever.

So why would President Obama negotiate with him about anything ever again?
