The once mighty GOP kingmaker and right wing talk show host Rush Limbaugh is having so much trouble getting mainstream ads on his floundering program that he is forced to run ads peddling discount pecker pills:
"Tired of paying outrageous prices for Viagra? Well we have great news for you!"*
Since his outrageous 3 day attack on Sandra Fluke more than a year ago, Limbaugh has seen many household names exit his show stage left: BP, AIG, TurboTax, JC Penney's, Sears, etc. It is supremely ironic that the man who was detained in 2009 with someone else's Viagra after returning from sex tourism hotspot Dominican Republic is now forced to run ads for discount erection pills.
The efforts of groups like the Flush Rush Facebook community have helped keep Limbaugh's lack of civility in the spotlight in a nation with a notoriously short memory. Limbaugh himself has been a big help as well, giving StopRush volunteers caustic quotes on a weekly basis about homosexuals, ethnic minorities, and others to pass along to advertisers who may need some context in order to make the right decision.
What these "sniveling jerks" are doing is simply exercising their right to free speech, then letting the free market take its course. People who do a poor job generally make less money. And Rush has done a very poor job indeed.
