I will never understand how the Obama Administration can win two Presidential campaigns but be so inept in messaging and marketing their achievements-- especially the signature program, ObamaCare/ACA.

Evidently, the national press is starved for information about people who actually enrolled (or rejected) the ACA options.

Can anyone offer at least an explanation, if not a debunking, of the apparent failure of ACA alternatives for the folks highlighted?
