Received this e-mail from Mark Schauer's (D. MI) gubernatorial campaign:
A federal court just struck down Michigan's law banning marriage equality! This is a major win for the LGBT community and for all of us who support marriage equality.

But the fight against this discriminatory law isn't over yet. Governor Snyder can still appeal the ruling, and he hasn't yet said what he's going to do. In the past, he's made it clear that he does not support marriage equality.

Click here to tell Governor Snyder not to appeal this ruling and to let Michigan remain a marriage equality state.

Snyder has not been a friend to the LGBT community. He wasn't even willing to say that firing someone for being gay should be outlawed! That means we really need to raise our voices now to be sure he doesn't do the wrong thing for Michigan.

Add your name today and show your support for marriage equality.

Michigan is now on the right side of history. Let's keep it that way!
