Never mind a radical judge in Texas. The Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, is still the law of the land. Open enrollment is still open for the remainder of today. The law is in place, so SIGN UP.
*It’s your last chance in most states and you can enroll during the year if you have significant life change that necessitates it, but otherwise, today is the day. You have to at least have started the process of enrollment by 3:00 AM ET (midnight in your time zone) to get signed up at Healthcare.gov.
If HealthCare.gov is slow, call 1-800-318-2596 and leave your information. This places you “in line” and you’ll get a call back. As long as you’re in line, you’re still considered on time—even if you don’t get the call back until after today!
Call. Sign up! Get your friends and loved ones signed up! Make the 2018 healthcare election really mean something—and put a finger up Trump’s nose—by keeping the Affordable Care Act strong for another year.
Here are the states with extended deadlines for enrollment:
California – January 15, 2019
Colorado – January 15, 2019
D.C. – January 31, 2019
Massachusetts – January 23, 2019
Minnesota – January 13, 2019
New York – January 31, 2019
Rhode Island – January 31, 2019
Don't just sign up, and don't just get all your friends and family signed up. Donate to the 2020 Senate fund to kick those damned Republicans out and take it back! We'll make 2020 the Medicare for All election.
