A convoy of an estimated 20 law enforcement vehicles was seen passing by roadblocks on the road to the refuge. Reporters were ushered away from the scene. More than an hour later, a few made their way back out of the area around the refuge:

Oregon Public Broadcasting was able to get interviews with the remaining militants this afternoon. They are afraid of being arrested and want assurances from the FBI that they can walk with no charges. David Fry tells OPB he doesn’t want to kill anyone, but he doesn’t want to go to prison, says he would rather kill himself. Sandy Anderson says they were never made aware of the offer by the FBI to walk free if they left on Tuesday night. She said the “chiefs” all had a private meeting and the next thing they knew everyone was leaving. Sandy said they are angry they were left behind by the leaders of the siege. You can listen to the interview below or read the account from OPB here.
I’ll update information here as it becomes available.

KATU has video of at least part of the convoy making their way. Photo below, video can be viewed here.
No word on the situation, but appears they won’t be needing the staging lights at the roadblock tonight.

In addition to the refuge, there are unconfirmed reports from former occupiers who are still in the area and using social media that their campground was searched. Information on the refuge situation may soon be made available:

This seems weird, but okay. Officials will hold a press conference soon.

Conflicting account now from Matt Pearce, who says he just spoke to David Fry:
I'm talking to one of the Oregon occupiers still inside the refuge, David Fry. He says no one among the final four has surrendered.— Matt Pearce (@mattdpearce) January 28, 2016
