Hillary Clinton’s latest television ad is meant to tug at the heartstrings of every parent.
Guess what? It succeeds.
The ad, titled “Measure,” features home videos of kids being measured for height by their parents and a voiceover by Clinton identifying what she will do to ensure children succeed.
“It will be my mission to build a country where our children can rise as high as their dreams and hard work take them,” Clinton says in the spot, touting plans to improve schools, make college more affordable and increase jobs.
Aides to Clinton say the one-minute ad will run in several battleground states, including Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. You can watch it below.
