Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has apparently not checked out how high President Obama's favorables are right now.
The responses to this tweet were not what Walker may have been hoping for. (Seriously, what was he hoping for?) For instance:
Ouch. But there’s more.
@gato_danger: “@ScottWalker just endorsed @HillaryClinton !!!”
@jaydestro: “@ScottWalker @HillaryClinton i love we have marriage equality, healthcare and a system that works for me, thanks and I will!”
@ErikLundegaard: “@ScottWalker @HillaryClinton I do and I have. Of course we've got to fix the do-nothing GOPers in Congress as well.”
@SconnieTrader: “@ScottWalker @GovWalker remember last year when you encouraged people to unite against trump? What a joke.”
@ChrisCJackson: “.@ScottWalker @HillaryClinton This is going to be your most popular tweet, but not in the way you hoped.”
@MariaLiaCalvo: “@ScottWalker @HillaryClinton Obama is more popular than you, in your own state. Try again, Scott.”
But mostly, the many replies to Walker’s tweet were a steady stream of variations on “I will, thanks,” or “I already did.” With a few choice Obama GIFs thrown in. But one RT may say all you need to know about Walker’s success here:
History is calling for volunteers: No matter where you live, sign up with MoveOn to make calls to swing state voters from home and help make Hillary Clinton the first woman elected President of the United States.
