Women of the world, toughen up. Donald Trump says if you're being sexually harassed at work, you need to suck it up, stop complaining and just get a new job. That was what the women at Fox News should have done, and left his friend Roger Ailes alone, he told Chuck Todd. And then:
When Fox News’ Kirsten Powers followed up with Donald during a phone interview, she asked what if an employer treated Donald's daughter Ivanka the way Ailes had allegedly treated his female employees. Powers said "his reply was startling, even by Trumpian standards."
And so it is: "I would like to think she would find another career or find another company if that was the case," he replied.
Yep, new careers are just growing on trees, if you're a Trump. Speaking of which, here's Donald's spawn, weighing in on the controversy.
Of course, as Executive Vice-President of the Trump Organization, it's not too likely Ivanka is going to be facing the kind of harassment most of the rest of the female half of the world has to put up with (trying really hard to unsee this right now). But for the rest of us? It's simple. Don't let it happen and if it does, find a new job. Because that's how life works in Trumpland.
