I believe the Kos Kommunity can give Donald a fresh perspective on the issues that face our country. This will be his chance to hear from people who may not agree with him on every issue.
As you can see above, the survey contains mostly predictable multiple choice or yes/no questions so you can tell Mr. Trump in which way he was wonderful in the recent debate. It also asks you to choose which pre-selected issues you would like him to emphasize in the next debate.
But, as shown above, you can select “other” which activates a text box in which you can enter your own unique advice. There doesn’t seem to be a character limit on the text box, so you can express yourself at length. I tested this by cutting and pasting an article by Jonathan Chait in New York Magazine about former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, and it took the whole thing.
Have you recently written a diary reflecting on Donald’s debate performance or any other aspects of his character, career, ethics? Have you recently read an article about common decency as it relates to the Trump phenomenon? Cut and paste is your friend. Share these insights with him. I feel he will find your input illuminating.
Please share the link above with others who would like to give Donald a piece of their mind.
A word on decorum. I know there are some feisty snarkmeisters who inhabit Daily Kos. I believe in civil discourse, even with those with whom I disagree. Remember, you can catch flies with honey, but decomposing bodies attract even more flies than honey. But what’s the point in catching flies, anyway? When dealing with a prick like Trump — not to mention the type of meathead who would volunteer to work on his campaign — well, use your own judgement. Decorum and civility are certainly valid options.
Let him have it.
