Glenn Greenwald, the Julian Assange of the south, takes great pride in his journalistic skills to show how screwed up the Democrats are. He maintains that Senate Democrats are scared, and MSNBC and the Intelligence Communities are reckless.
As Gregg Seargent pointed out, maybe that’s why we need an independent commission to investigate the claims thoroughly.
Now Mr. Greenwald ends his tweet with a bit of a pessimistic note about not meeting expectations. I have no expectations that a smoking gun will be found, but I think the fact that Flynn admitted yesterday that he was possibly illegally working for the campaign and at the White House, while being an unregistered foreign agent, and the fact that the Sessions has already perjured himself, leads me to believe there’s enough smoke here to block out the sun. Then there’s the very next line in the article itself.
That take isn’t universally held — a third official balked at that notion, and said “there’s a lot of room to find something significant.”
Of course people started challenging the above tweet, and Mr. Greenwald had to point out his relationship to Democrats.
Apparently no Dem Hack cared to reply to Mr. Greenwald’s investigative cut and paste techniques, but then some “Daily Kos Hack” started picking on Mr. Greenwald which made him very sad.
Now I have to admit, attacking Americans and defending Russian leaders is a persuasion approach that I would never have thought of.
Oh you darn Daily Kos hacks! Your attempts to point out the flaws of Mr. Greenwald’s “journalistic” style may not have been successful, but it sure amused the hell out of me the first thing in the morning.
RESIST!
