Introduction: A little Trumpology
Most of us have accepted that Trump is not only suffering from narcissistic personality disorder, an impulse control disorder, and most significantly, is a bully with what is becoming glaringly and frighteningly apparent. That is he is so paranoid he believes easily disproved stories coming from the alt-right. He has put his credibility on the line by accusing Obama of an impeachable felony.
We know he listens to and believe what’s published on Breitbart. This pales in comparison with what Steve Bannon decides to tell him. Bannon could essentially declare war on another country, N. Korea for example.
Of course it is hyperbole to think Trump would respond to the next provocation coming from N. Korea with an all out nuclear attack. He could retaliate by trying to take down their missiles with the newly deployed antimissile system in S. Korea, or by shooting a N. Korean ship out of the water. But it does lead me to consider the worst case scenario.
This is grim.
If Trump was as sane, if quirky, as Hitler and Stalin, he’d be just as dangerous if he wanted to develop a brutal dictatorship. His being paranoid, I had a thought last night how he could solve virtually all his current problems.
I could see Bannon convincing him that the best way to eliminate his political problems and be seen as a hero by most of his ardent supporters would be to nuke North Korea. After all, this is the president who believed he could shoot someone in Times Square (or was it in the middle of Fifth Avenue) and get away with it.
This would be a leap towards achieving the Bannon and Miller end of the world as we know it agenda.
With no empathy Trump and fearing the ultimate disgrace of being run out of office, perhaps he wouldn’t mind the collateral damage of killing many millions of innocent North Koreans.
Bannon is the Trump-whisperer. He might be able to convince him that this was the only way to burn to cremains that cheeky disrespectful Kim Jong-un, and the bully Trump would like that.
