It's been very intense around here lately. Got time for a little fun that also lets you express yourself?
One of my favorite college final exams included a question requiring us to pick three songs from the sixties and discuss how they reflected the various political and social trends of the era. (The three I picked were Buffalo Springfield's "For What It's Worth," Joni Mitchell's "Woodstock," and John Prine's "Your Flag Decal Won't Get You into Heaven Anymore.")
What would you say if asked what three songs describe what's happening today in our country and in the political process?
Whippersnapper input is especially welcome since I fear that I'm becoming uncool at a very fast pace.
