This story just made the heavyweight Channel 4 evening news broadcast in the UK.
They had copies of leaflets that had been dropped by the US military that said humanitarian aid would not be distributed unless names of terror suspects were disclosed.
The MSF spokesperson interviewed explicitly linked this identification of US military objectives with those of distributing aid to the charity's withdrawal from the country.

The Medecins sans Frontieres aid group has announced it is pulling out of Afghanistan after more than 20 years due to security concerns and the lack of progress in an investigation into the killing of five staff.
A statement from the group, called Doctors Without Borders in English, also complained of the "co-optation" of assistance work by the US-led military, a reference to concerns that American forces blur the boundary between military and humanitarian work.
