The Bush campaign appears to be violating its own debate agreement.
Clause 5(e): "Neither film footage no video footage nor any audio excerpts from the debates may be used publicly by either candidate's campaign through any means, including but not limited to radio, television, internet, or videotapes, whether broadcast or distributed in any manner."
Yet George W Bush's web page has a "Global Test" ad up that claims it's a TV ad, directly using Kerry's speech from the debate.
Is the debate agreement now null and void????
