Looks like Kerry (still) has Bush on the defensive over Iraq. Bush is giving a speech tomorrow attacking Kerry's positions on Iraq.

This is fantastic news!!!
Kerry is controlling the campaign agenda.
To respond, all Kerry needs to do is:
- to say, "Mr. Bush was not happy with the result of the debate last week. So he gave a belated answer today in regard to how the war in Iraq was going."
- to point out Bremer's comment today about the White House never providing enough troops.
- to point out Rumsfeld's comment today that there was no "hard evidence" of a connection between Iraq and Al Qaeda.
- to point out Allawi's comments today before the Iraqi Assembly, which according to the New York Times, was a "sharp departure" from the optimistic speech that he gave to the U.S. congress (of course, it wasn't written by the White House):

5. to say, "instead of spending so much time attacking me, maybe Mr. Bush should spend more time determining how he's going to address the problems in Iraq."
Thank you Mr. Bremer, Mr. Rumsfeld, and Dr. Allawi. Your timing is impeccable.
