Surprisingly on our local Fox news here in DC - I just saw a piece that someone in
the House leadership has
ordered Congressman Walter Jones and some of his colleagues
to take down a poster memorial outside their offices
that honors the US troops who have died in Iraq and Afganistan! It's been up for a few weeks and has pictures and bios of the dead soldiers, and of course it grows every day. It's not even taking up any reserved space or anything. The reporter said they couldn't find who issued the letter after calling the capitol, but I wonder if Fox is just trying to protect the Repugs. The Congressmen received a letter from the Republican House Leadership that they showed on the story, but the address and signature lines were blurred out.
Any ideas what we could do about this?
