I thought you'd like to see what the DKos12 Republican opponets had to spend to keep their seats in Congress.
You all even forced Roy Blunt to spned over $500,000 more than he raised this elcetion cycle, leaving him with less cash on hand than he has had in years.
Still, this is little consolation for me. I worked hard here in Springfield MO to raise awareness about Jim Newberry's fight against Roy Blunt. It was VERY depressing to see the results last night in regard to several of the Daily Kos endorsed races.
However, when I discoverd that Roy Blunt had to spend nearly 3 millon bucks on his own race this cycle, that made me feel a little better, and I was able to get some sleep... And actually, I am proud to say that of all the Republican incumbants Kos was targeting, Roy Blunt to the biggest hit to his corporate cash stash... here are the numbers:
