I know, I know -- a title like that is like saying "The sun rose today." (Although I didn't see it, what with the lousy weather we're "enjoying" here in the heartland.)
This has to be read to be believed, however:
The following is antiwar.com's "Spotlight" article for today. It's written by retired colonel David Hackworth, and appears on his web site, Soldiers for the Truth:

The charge that Hackworth lays out, and which he amply buttresses, is this: Our SecDef (and, it seems, even our Dear Leader) has taken to rubber-stamping his signature on KIA (Killed in Action) letters that are sent to the soldier's loved ones! Apparently "The Don" can't even take a few moments out of his ultra-busy (and oh-so-worthwhile) schedule to put his John Hancock on these very important letters.
Just another indication that, as is pointed out in the story, the moral degenerates in this administration do not view the men and women of our armed forces as human beings, with needs and aspirations, but as chess pieces in their version of The Great Game.
Hell's not hot enough for these creatures....
