Online Zogby Poll

Sun May 23, 2004 at 07:26:04 AM PDT

Today I participated in an online Zogby poll.  I have been receiving these since last fall when I was very active in the Dean campaign.  Every month or so I get one on a certain topic.  The one I did today was just on who I intended to vote for and some general voting history.

But other polls were about medicare, about Iraq, and other topics.

I was just curious if Zogby is doing a massive email poll or if they are tracking Dean people.

Thanks.

  •  Zogby Poll (none / 0)

I too have been getting the polls from Zogby.  Don't know where they got my email address from.
  •  not me either (none / 0)

and I am another Dean person.
  •  I have gotten Harris, lots of times, and Nielsen (none / 0)

No Zogby though.  I am on a lot of Dean, DNC, and whatever mailing lists both electronic and paper.
  •  online signup (none / 0)

You sign up for the Zogby polls at their website.  I know I did it there.  I had never gotten anything from them until I gave them an address.  I doubt they're harvesting addresses from anywhere.  You might have given them your address and forgot.
  •  Thanks everyone. (none / 0)

First, let me say the diary entries surely disappear fast.  Lots of us with lots of say.

Thanks for responding.  And yes, I probably followed a link to the zogby polls and they got my email that way.  Since other Dean dems are not getting the poll emails, it must have been that way.  Us grandmas forget much.  Too bad I cannot forget what trouble this nation is in.  Keeps me up at nights.  As it does many others I imagine.

And yes, I am that "GrandmaJ" from the Dean campaign.  I am still every active in our local group and stil post periodically on the Dean blog and still donate to the DFA, but now I donate other places too.

I doubt anyone is going to see this last post since the diary is SOOOO0 far down the list, but thanks anyway.

    •  I saw it (none / 0)

and I went to Zogby a little while ago & signed up myself.

I'm doing Dean 2.0 myself, albeit not as much as I might like because of health problems lately.

Making a list of places to donate once my tax refund comes, hopefully before 4th of July !

You are missed on the Dean blog!  Just saw your post on AirAmerica thread, and had to come looking. . . .grin.

Was tempted to jump in on the ebay offer for XM equipment, but am saving every penny for DeanFest, so will have to live with slow streaming for the time being.  And then, I couldn't have done  it to another Deanie, anyways. . . . Happy quilting!  I still have a picture of that one saved: absolutely gorgeous!
