    I had thought about posting this up myself - thanks for taking the time. I had been following the success of the CIVIC organization when it was in it's survey stage, I'm glad to see Raed and the others were able to get their work finalized - heck I even attempted to raise funds (locally w/ little success I might add) to help financing.
    It'd be interesting to see what survey numbers would look like for the entire first year - I'm almost appauled to think of how many cilivians have been lost.

      .. and I'm confounded that it takes a volunteer effort just to acknowledge the "collateral damage".  

      But we wouldn't want it to seem like a "body count" - the measure of success - now would we.  That excuse is pathetic.
