Warren Buffett has decided to give 85% of his fortune - more than $37 billion dollars - to the Gates Foundation, which will make this the largest charitable foundation in the world. Perhaps it should not come as a real surprise since the Gates foundation already spends more than any governmental agency in the world trying to find cures for tuberculosis and malaria - two of the world's biggest killers.
