Misc. diary - Who is Allawi? Gmail invites Right Track/Wrong Track poll

Fri Sep 24, 2004 at 04:58:54 PM PDT

This is not a one-line diary, it'll be like 5 or 6 lines by the time I'm done...

First things first - I was over at This Modern World and found this link all about Ayad Allawi. (Ahh, love that alliteration.)
I disagree with the final line, though:

Not that this will make a damned bit of difference in the tidal wave of bullshit about Allawi being "leader of a free and democratic Iraq"
He posted it, Tom Tomorrow linked to it, and now I'm posting it here.  Can't hurt, and being informed might just make a difference...

Second order of business:
I have 6 gmail invitations available - first come, first serve.

Update [2004-9-24 20:21:16 by spyral]: You know how Bush mentioned the right track-wrong track poll in Iraq? Well, this post is a great summary of the organization that conducted the poll: The International Republican Institute. That's just the beginning...click the link for more.
