No, Jeff Gannon isn't declaring bankruptcy (maybe later), but the House Judiciary Committee will be dealing with both issues on Wednesday at 10am. You can watch the proceedings through streaming video at

Committee Democrats just received (rather belated) notice from the Republicans that the Committee will markup (bring up for consideration, amendment and a final vote) the Senate passed Bankruptcy reform bill and the Conyers Gannon Resolution of Inquiry bill (likely in this order) tomorrow morning (and maybe continuuing into thursday).
For details on the resolution of inquiry, go to this excellent thread: http://matt-gilbert.dailykos.com/story/2005/3/3/152539/7094
On Bankruptcy, democrats are expected to offer a number of amendments, dealing with the asset trusts (highlighted in the NY Times

:search), medical debts, and a few surprises. Republicans are expected to reject even the most common sense amendments so that the Senate bill will remain unchanged and can go to the President's desk.
On Gannon, Republicans will likely reject the attempt to get at the truth about a fake reporter, from a fake website, asking fake questions a few feet from the "President." How they will argue against it is not yet known, but should be fun to listen to.
