To any lawyers and wannabes on Kos, if a state has an old law requiring that third parties be able to inspect the "tabulation process" of voting machines, among other things, would that be sufficient grounds for a lawsuit against a state that uses voting machines with proprietary software? Because in that situation, the tabulation process is closed to third-party inspection....
