Bush and his neocons (Just like the first King George and his Loyalists regarding the American Patriots) don't think so. They call them "terrorists." What do you think? More below.
In context to what I would do if America was attacked as they were, HELL YES they have the right to fight back. Isn't that what we did to
the British? Fight their occupation? Wasn't that necessary for our survival? Now we know where Bush really stands, and it isn't with the Founding Fathers of this nation! They believed in true sovereignty, not this brand of phony "fighting for Democracy" at the point of a gun for oil BS. That's why we must formulate a plan to end this war
now. Innocent civilians are being killed because of this occupation that never should have happened. We also owe it to our troops to support them by taking them out of the hellhole Bush made NOW, instead of leaving them there as sitting ducks for the implementation of his New World Order.
SEND BUSH OVER THERE TO FIGHT!

Do The People Of Iraq Have A right To Resist U.S. Occupation?
The American antiwar movement is disunited on the important question of
whether or not to support the right of the Iraqi people to resist U.S.
aggression as best they can, including by force of arms.
Jack Smith
This is a right Americans unquestionably would invoke were their
country invaded and occupied by a foreign power. They would take whatever
measures were necessary to defeat the enemy and force it to withdraw.
