So, check this out at RadarOnline:

I suspect they are forgeries, but who knows?
According to these documents, a George W. Bush (Jr.) was arrested, indicted, and pled no contest to "unlawful practice of medicine", which is awfully vague.
There's more:
The Judge that signed them (Judge James Fitzgerald) was indeed a Judge in Midland County Court.
The clerk, Rosenelle Cherry, was indeed the Clerk of the Court at this time.
The Sherrif, Gary Painter, was and IS the current Sherrif in Midland.
Warren Burnett was indeed rumored to be George W. Bush's attorney by James Hatfield. He is dead now. (So is Hatfield, who comitted suicide after his book about W. was published.)
Why do I think they may be fake:
W. never called himself "Jr.", but that's how his name appears TWICE in these documents.
His signature (on the probation report) appears to not match that on his Air National Guard papers.
But...here's a plausible explanation for these two discrepancies:
- W. may not call himself "Jr.", but that's an easy mistake for someone who is filling out these documents to make when they KNOW they are about the Vice President's son. It's also a "southernism", the tendency for people to assume that a son with the same name as his father is a "Jr."
- I suspect that Warren Burnett signed the papers for W., and nobody said a word about it. Pretty standard practice for a lawyer to sign for his client, especially for a VIP to be signed for.
There is also the matter of the birthdate listed being wrong. Could be an honest clerical error (they do happen), but it also could mean that someone who was named George Bush Jr., was born a few months earlier than W., has the same color eyes, hair, same height, and lived in Midland Texas, was arrested and charged with a vague crime for which a high-powered lawyer named Warren Burnett personally signs the papers for.
Who in Texas can head down to the Midland Court House and request "CR41586", which you can see here:

if you are so interested.
Unlawful practice of medicine. Sounds awfully vague, don't you think? I can think of several illegalities that W. was accused of that could fall under that category.
