According to, ironically, ABC News' The Note, NBC will not carry the Bush speech. To quote from The Note:
**
Matt Lauer said this on network TV this morning:
"Twenty-one after the hour. If you'd like to watch President Bush's address to the nation tonight on Iraq, you can see it at 8:00 Eastern Time on MSNBC. Back in a moment on a Tuesday morning, this is Today, on NBC."
(A Note program Note: At this writing, as far as we know, here's what is on NBC instead of you: Average Joe: The Joes Strike Back)

So, we know at least NBC won't carry it, though with MSNBC as an outlet, that shouldn't be too much of a surprise. Especially since they can use the speech as an opportunity to promote watching MSNBC. ABC doesn't surprise me that they are carrying it -- they seem to cover everything DC/politics-related. CBS -- anyone know?
