The writer, Dan Froomkin quotes David Gergen:

and cites renewed interest in such "old news" as the Gonzalez warning to Card about subpoenas, as well as the many missteps seen in recent days, and the silence of the White House, which is seen increasingly as stonewalling.
Unbelievably, he cites the Faulkner/Bush sendup, which makes Bush out as the idiot.
This is what I call traction. It's not as good as an indictment. But it's a hell of a lot better than getting Millbank's ridicule. I'd say the emperor has no clothes.
