From Inconoclast reporter blog, Will try to update throughout the day:
9 a.m. Nasty weather, cold rain. Rumors persist that she will be arrested.
11:45 a.m. Weather still nasty. Standing water everywhere, including triangular area they were kicked off of yesterday. No trespassing sign posted now. Area farmers driving by, telling Cindy she's made her point, why doesn't she leave?
Cindy's phone overrun with calls. To contact her, please call Ann Wright of CodePink, 808-741-1141. She will take messages.
Veterans for Peace of Louisiana sent 1,000 crosses, plan to put them up in the ditch along the road tomorrow, need volunteers.
Austin Veterans for Peace calls for all veterans to come to Crawford to support Cindy.
Update [2005-8-9 17:50:3 by teresahill]: 4:45 in Texas. No new updates. Don't know why they have 1,000 crosses coming, just that they do. Will leave phone # up since it's on the newspaper's blog. Obviously, they want the number out there.
Update [2005-8-9 19:41:0 by teresahill]: Paypal donations now accepted.
