Now that Kerry and Bush have both announced that preventing the proliferation of nuclear materials from current stockpiles has been announced as the most important Foriegn Policy Issue of the election, we should educate ourselves about it.
Bush has made specific claims about his Administration's record on this issue, and given the priority he gives the issue, any failures in this policy during his Administration are a valid and important point on which to criticize him. Let's start turning over the stones and help the Kerry team by digging out those oppo nuggets that he, and we, can use in this campaign.
