State Sen
Dina Titus continues to hold a sizeable lead of 40 - 26 in a
new poll for next year's Democratic primary in the race for Governor of NV.
This is the same margin (+14) as her lead in last month's poll. The poll, MOE +-4, also showed her within 9 points of Republican Reb Jim Gibbons, whose unfavorability continues to rise.
Titus's opponent,
Henderson mayor Jim Gibson took an odd first step in the Democratic primary by declaring he would
seek to outlaw abortion in NV, despite polls showing nearly 2/3 of Nevadans (and over half of Republicans) consider themselves pro-choice.
