Something I look forward to witnessing

Wed Oct 05, 2005 at 09:02:11 AM PDT

Background first: Someone (a Satanist perhaps) has been having a bit too much fun over at my poor innocent little navel-gazing baby brand-new blog (http://medium-cool.blogspot.com/).  Not that I mind.  I haven't advertised it around except to a friend or two.  I'm surprised anyone found it.

But the funster gave me a great thought:

I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE THE WINGNUTS' HORROR WHEN JOHN ROBERTS SWEARS IN PRESIDENT WES CLARK IN 2009!!!!!

That is all.  (Except to say that if Roberts is swearing in, say, Al Gore or Russ Feingold etc etc etc, I'll have just as much fun.)

wasn't in my post.  I don't want any more Bushes, Clintons, etc.  Our country is not a damn hereditary monarchy.  Also Hillary would be a lightning rod to stir up the wingnuts.

That said, if she winds up being the Dem candidate, I'll vote for her.  I won't love doing it, but I'll vote for her.

  •  Last night saw Jesse Ventura on TV (none / 0)

what a fruitcake - he looks like Fu Manchu now, but oddly enough he made some good points.  One was that if Hillary was elected we'ed have 28 years consectutively of either a Bush or a Clinton.  He too used the phrase "dual monarchy."

His other line I like was "so when the Japaneese attcked Pearl Harbor, we should have attacked Korea?  After all they're Asian too!"

What happened to him???? He was talking about how easy it would be for him and some of his old buddies from the service to just shut this country down.  I wonder if the secret service is paying a little visit???
