So Aaron Brown is reportedly "out" as anchor on CNN. I must say, I get very worried about the future of the news media. Here is an excellent rational voice on the air, now gone. Seemingly, at the request of CNN, despite the fine work.
Aaron, we will miss you.
Is CNN becoming more "foxified"?

"We have made some programming decisions which will impact our prime time schedule as well as our colleague Aaron Brown. Aaron will be leaving CNN "
UPDATE 5:07 EST
AP has picked up the story link"Aaron Brown, once one of CNN's most prominent anchors, is leaving the network after a shakeup that gives his prime-time slot to rising star Anderson Cooper and expands it to two hours.
Cooper's old 7 p.m. EST show will be filled by an expanded version of "The Situation Room" with Wolf Blitzer, the late afternoon program attracting attention for its arresting use of multiple video screens.
With Brown left without a time slot, "we mutually looked at the lay of the land and came to this conclusion" that he would leave, said CNN/U.S. President Jon Klein.
