There's too much fun stuff in this article (on Salon, but taken off the AP wire) to really capture in a single excerpt, but let me just summarize some of the things the article points out:
Every supposed "WMD component" found in Iraq could have easily been used for normal civilian items.
The WH is apparently not even making the case that Saddam had WMD, or even ongoing WMD programs anymore.
That famous Leftist Newt Gingrich says that WH Iraq policy "went off a cliff" after the initial invasion.
Hillary Clinton's charge that the "transfer of power" is motivated exclusively by Bush's re-election campaign.
Conservative attacks on the completely irresponsible spending of the Administration.
I can't offer much more than this article already does. It's just a great rundown of the many, many things wrong with Bush's foreign and domestic policy. It'll be interesting to see where this gets placed in "real" news sources that rely on AP's feed...
